Another concern for some pet owners with trying schedules, is what has been described as a behavior problem relating to separation anxiety. This can lead to destructive acting out, especially for dogs. Some of the damage they can cause will include torn-up pillows, dug up carpets, other damage from scratching and of course loud, constant whining, whimpering or barking. Besides working with other behavioral training, it might prove an immediate benefit to keep your pet in a controlled, more secure area.
